2. Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate transactions
• Incorrect donation amount due to technical error
• Unauthorized transactions

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with:

• Transaction ID
• Donation date
• Reason for refund
• Proof of payment

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be credited within 7–14 business days and credited to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

You may cancel recurring donations at any time by:

• Logging into your donor account (if applicable), or
• Contacting us via email
