1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using the SIU BehaveNeu™ NeuroBand 2.0, companion software, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our products or services.

2. Intended Use & Medical Disclaimer

Not a Replacement for Professional Medical Advice: While the NeuroBand 2.0 provides advanced EEG monitoring and cognitive scoring, it is intended for wellness, research, and informational purposes. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease without the direct supervision of a certified medical practitioner.

3. Hardware Warranty & Returns

  • Warranty: The NeuroBand 2.0 hardware comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, undamaged devices in their original packaging. Software lifetime licenses are non-refundable once activated.

4. Software License & Usage

Upon purchasing the SIU BehaveNeu Application license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime right to use the companion software with your authorized NeuroBand hardware. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the proprietary AI-scoring algorithms is strictly prohibited.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when registering for an account or applying for membership. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIU BehaveNeu™, Symbiosis International University, and Nexactly AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products and services.
